Actually the same issue is reproducible on BPEL mapper, so it belongs to mapper core, but there is no such subcomponent,
so I'm filing it under wlm, where it was first found. The tooltip pop-ups for elements in the right tree are heavily
moved to the left and do not appear under the mouse pointer. They behave correctly for elements in the left tree.

The same tooltip behavior is observed in all NB views for any type of project and any type of opened file.
I believe this is nb platform problem or most likely JRE problem.
