To keep consistency with other folders on system filesystem which begin with
capital letter (Menu, Toolbar, Templates, Services) the name of window system
settings folders should also begin with such letter.

Please rename windows to Windows components to Components and workspaces with
Workspaces.

Sorry for the priority I assigned, but the change will affect the "xml api" in
an incompatible way and as such it has to be made before any beta release. Also
reading user settings after the change would be a pain, so the sooner we do the
change the better.
