In options->Corba Settings-><pick any corba server>,
in the values for Client and Server Bindings, the choices
of Naming Service, IOR from file, IOR from standard input
do not come from locale specific message files, even though
these messages have been localized in those files and all
other messages/labels from the corba locale specific bundle files
come from those files.

Fixed. Binding method names are localized.
