As Clearcase default configuration is to don't accept checkins when the file is identical from its predecessor, the
plugin shouldn't abort the checkin process when this situation occours, as it does today. It should skip this files,
proceeding with other files' checkin, and show them to user in the end. As a plus, should have a configuration to
automaticaly "Undo checkout" of the identical files.
