require XML extra binaries to be present. The XML module uses Xerces2 XML 
parser as of end of June that is used as internal parser.

The XML module requires XML extra binaries to be present for extra 
binaries downloads. The XML extra binaries contains Xerces2 XML 
parser as of end of June that is used as internal parser.

Xerces2.jar included at
.\xml\tax\release\modules\ext
in the extra binaries.
