1. Connect to some DB.
2. Rightclick some table and choose "Properties".

Result: "Properties" window is opened, but it is empty. Why we need this item for?
Actually we don't have properties for all elements in DB tree

Ah, I see now email from Rob about properties and realized that this functionality just wasn't implemented yet.
