usual naming of the .hs file for olh ends in .hs rather than
the current file of help-hs.xml

since translations are used to this and to be consistent with other
help in nb, can you change name of this file to be like

help.hs  ?

My inclination is to not touch this one as Python help is not, and will not, be localised. I fixed other more relevant - user facing- issues with the Python help during the 6.8 release. 

Since this issue is internal facing, and more importantly, we are not localising help anymore, so there's no benefit to fixing it.
