Java zip distribution, hudson #4738 and #4739
WinXP


Attempting to launch the netbeans.exe since nb.exe is missing in bin dir, get 

Error dialog: 
Cannot load "c:\......\platform9\lib\nbexec.dll"
The specified module cannot be found (126).

Not connected with ide/ergonomics. Looks like build system problem, not sure about the component, reassigned to Michal to evaluate.
