it is not obvious to user what he should do when he selects "Edit" from "..." menu of line in Keymap table

-it would be better to provide a text in the bottom of the dialog e.g. "Press the shortcut to be assigned"

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
