a little while ago i was able to right click build.xml -- a non project -- favorites visible ant build file.
i did debug and fix the issues i was having; i then was able to run my ant script both by right click
build.xml and then selecting a target -- or by expanding build.xml and right-clicking the desired target.

now -- i can expand build.xml and right click a target and choose run-target;

but if i right click build.xml both run target, and debug target are not available -- yet i can
run a target from the expanded build.xml file.

i'm sure if i exit nb6.5 and restart it things will work agn.

I've tried to copy a build script of some project to an empty directory and I have both debug and run target there in
the popup menu in Favourites view.
Thus it works for me fine.

If the issue persists in 6.5, can you please try it in some recent 6.7 dev build?
Closing as works-for-me. If the actions do not appear in 6.7, please attach the affected build file so that we can
reproduce it.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
