1. Connect to some DB.
2. Rightclick some of it's table and choose "View Data".

Result: If user wants to enter data there is only one way, press "Insert Record" button. But this dialog can be used
quite often, so it will be better to have shortcut for it.
If it exists, we should add it to the tooltip.
