We l10ned all in cap6 u1 and find that following items for bpel still show english message:

- tips for 'print'and 'advanced search' in bpel designer toolbar
- click those item in bpel designer toolbar, popup dialog show english message

please get reference in attachment.

All messages in Print UI are localized, see

print01\**\Bundle.properties

I guess that translated bundles are absent in the build.
