a) Create a Netbeans Platform application
b) create a module suite underneath
c) create a module in the module suite
d) in the module package, create an Action
c) accept the default values on first wizard page

- very long hourglass (more than a minute) before returning to UI Registration WIndow
- "Please wait" displayed in every field forever

Remove module suite and add the module directly in the application and everything works fine.

Additionally, if the layer.xml file is already created, the UI Registration Window displays immediately but the "Please
wait" in fields  remain for over a minute before the window closes. If the layer.xml file is not prealably created, the
hourglass is displayed forever.
