A gray bar appears at the top of the Files Window. This did not exist in 6.1, but now it is there in 6.5. See attached
screenshots for comparison.

Appears to be fixed in 6.5.1
Comment 4 malfunction84 2009-06-15 19:45:54 UTC
Nope, it still comes up, but I can't find out why.
Comment 5 malfunction84 2010-03-04 14:34:07 UTC
Still happens in 6.8

What JDK/OS are you using ?
Comment 7 malfunction84 2010-04-16 20:29:32 UTC
I'm currently using JDK 1.6.0_18 on Windows 7 (both 64-bit), but it happened in earlier JDKs on 32-bit XP and 64-bit Vista too.

I encountered it again today using NetBeans 6.9 M1 when I was changing Project Groups. It seems that after locking my computer and logging back in, it was gone.

Known to happen occasionally for no known reason. Just saw it today on XP.
