Not enough margin is shown in the diagram.  Expanding the size of the diagram is very difficult.  The UI jumps about 
too much.  At first, when I need to expand to the right (or to the bottom) there is not enough initial margin to 
easily expand the diagram.

will looks if smth can be done without fix in graph,
currently the only way to have enough space is to add some border comment for example and move somewhere to extend
diagram bounds.
