Description davisn 2008-11-22 01:23:39 UTC
-"Authentication Required" dialog is unexpectedly appears when first start Netbean FCS 6.5 IDE on a windowXP machine
-On my system, I had a Glassfish V3 prelude server installed with a username and a password, and that server was
previously configured to user with Netbean 6.5 RC build. When the Authentication dialog appears I typed in the
user/password then the dialog was closed. The problem is that I already removed the .netbeans and .netbeans-derby
directories from my user directory.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and install Glassfish V3 fcs server
2. Download and install Netbean 6.5 RC build
3. Select to add Glassfish V3 fcs server to Netbean 6.5 RC Service Server List
4. Start the recently added V3 server
5. Stop the server
6. Uninstall Netbean 6.5 RC IDE
7. Download and install Netbean 6.5 FCS build
8. Start IDE > click Services tab
BUG:
    Authentication Required dialog appears
