For Maintenance of SVN Repositories i would like to request a dedicated Repository View in the "Versioning -> Suversion"
menu, where one can select an respository and then skip through the folders and files, view, add or delete files and
folders in the structure.

The Checkout Repository Folder "Browser" Wizard in "Versioning -> Subversion -> Checkout" seems to be a good UI element
to extend to allow for this additional functionality, plus you should be able to View files in the editor that are right
out of an Versioning directory.

This described functionality is offered in both Eclipse Subversive and Subclipse plugins and greatly enhances SVN
experience.
