Parsing API branch, up-to-date build (tip 968a37c89a89).

The all code completion seems not to work. For example, if List is not imported, it is not proposed by the CC. Also,
typing String and pressing Ctrl-Space provides correct list, but pressing Ctrl-Space one more time leads to No Suggestions.
