Please can you attach registration.xml? It should be at $NBINSTDIR\nb6.1\servicetag.
It looks like problem is with unexpected data - data generated does not follow schema. I asked JDK for resolution of this issue. Workaround is to switch off registration module: Use -J-Dnb.registration.enabled=false as command line option or add it to netbeans.conf (add it to line starting with netbeans_default_options).
Fixed core-main #54153cf00550 Lukas another patch1 candidate. Low risk fix.
