have pseudo localized the fx plugin bundle files
and running in ja locale, but see some labels not coming from
the pseudo localized bundle files, that is still in just english, or that some labels not in a bundle file

on pallette - all section names like applications, actions, etc -
besides Basic Shapes, are either not coming from pseudo localized bundle file
or not in a bundle file - in pseudo localized bundle file I see

JavaFXPalette/Applications=と粮Joe粮Applications粤ろ
JavaFXPalette/Shapes=と粮Joe粮Basic Shapes粤ろ
JavaFXPalette/Colors=と粮Joe粮Colors粤ろ
JavaFXPalette/Actions=と粮Joe粮Actions粤ろ
JavaFXPalette/Animation=と粮Joe粮Animation粤ろ

but all but Basic Shapes are still shown in just english 

but Swing Components don't appear to be in bundle file at all.

***  please go over code for plugin and check that all labels and messages
are in a bundle file and will come from localized bundle file - it really
helps to have this developer review at code level and is done by other nb teams
