On Mac in the editor, pressing ctrl-i will bring up a "Generate" box (see screen shot) but on all other platforms ctrl-i
brings up quick search field.  Does this feature? exist for other platforms?

System:
Product Version: NetBeans IDE 6.5 RC1 (Build 20081022151455)
Java: 1.5.0_16; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_16-133
System: Mac OS X version 10.5.5 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)

I have been informed that mac has different shortcuts so this is invalid

Verified, the same action can be invoked on other platforms with alt-insert.
