1. Rightclick "Java DB" node and choose "Create Database...".
2. In appeared "Create Java DB Database" type DB name.

Result: Warning message about recommendation to specify user name and password appears, but it is too imperceptible.

The reason why the message is not a warning is because it's not required to create a Java DB database with a username
and password.  

This is not a bug
