1. Create New abstract WSDL 
2. open wsdl file in wsdl tree view
3. invoke "Add Binding" on "bindings" node
See fields:

Port Type and Binding Type has the same mnemonics: 't'
More over the field Port Type is not focusable - that is why it is not required mnemonic at all or should be focusable.
I prefer the last one.
