build 67 (20081016)

There are 2 'Properties' menu item from the contextual menu on the project 'Sources' node. The 2nd 'Properties' is there
but it does not bring up the properties.

Not reproducible on the latest developer version:
Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 090715)
Java: 1.5.0_19; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_19-137
System: Mac OS X version 10.5.7 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)
Userdir: /Users/rohanranade/pywork/pristine/main/nbbuild/testuserdir
