There are different versions of the registration form displayed depending on the combination product being installed. 
When both NB and GF are installed, the installer invokes a registration page that includes information on both NB and 
GF (nbgf). However, when the user skips the registration in the installer, the follow-up reminder in the IDE brings up 
the NB-only page (nb). This is incorrect. The behavior should be the same as in the installer.

We also need to check that both products are correctly registered even though the page mentions NB only.

This should be fixed for 6.5.

nb (NB), nbgf (NB+GF v2), nbas (NB+AS), nbjdk (NB+JDK), nbgfjdk (NB+GF+JDK).

Variants fallbacks:
NB+GF+AS -> nbgf
NB+GF+AS+JDK -> nbgfjdk
NB+AS+JDK -> nbgfjdk (Jan do we need separate page for it alias nbasjdk?)

Fix seems to be OK and correct "Thank you for registration" page with both NetBeans and Glassfish is displayed after
registration from IDE (tested on latest RC2 build with updated .jar modules). We will wait with verification until new
RC2 installer is ready. That is be probably Monday morning.

But there is a problem with registration on Mac - NetBeans RC2 installer simply doesn't put glassfish servicetag in our
nb65/servicetag/registration.xml, it even doesn't ask for registration when installation is finished. Linux or Windows
installer works fine.
