At the top of the Create Fields pane in the New wizard is the following text:

   Add a field to the Fields list, then fill it in below.  Click an item's "..." button for help.

I understand the part about the adding a field, but the part about an item's
"..." button has me confused.  I don't see any "..." buttons, other than one
next the to the Initial Value text field.

Is the text out dated or are there some "..." buttons I'm not aware of?

additional concern: buttons with "..." are not for help. that what
'Help' buttons are for. the '...' button should be something like
browse or a special editor for the field...

Reorganization of java component
