nb 6.5 rc1 build

- create a sequence diagram
- create a lifeline 
- create a combined fragment and resize it bigger to cover the timeline 
- create a Create Message lifeline from the lifeline to the right
- adjust and make sure the combined fragment is fully containing the Create Message lifeline
- drag and move the Create Message lifeline slightly left or right
Result: the Create Message lifeline is automatically moved to the top outside the combined fragment. see attached
screenshot.

Workaround: save, close and reopen the diagram
