1. Connect to MySQL DB.
2. Expand it's node, rightclick "Tables" and choose "Create Table...".
3. Select "Owner" drop down list.

Result: It contains no data. For Java DB and PostgreSQL it contains name of the owner.

There is no Owner drop down list.
