1. Add Pointbase driver, rightclick "Databases" node and choose "New Connection...".
2. Choose Pointbase driver.

Result: "Fields Entry" and "Direct URL Entry" has the same fields, so probably if we don't prompt users normal "Fields
Entry" then it should be disabled to not mislead users.
The same for ODBC-JDBC Bridge.

This is actually true for any database vendor where we don't explicitly parse the URL.
