can't drag combined fragmnet by operator area.
create cf, press left mouse button in operator area and try to drag, nothing happens.

Mostly, after trying a few times, it will move for me. But it is unpredictable, when you click on the border of a
combined fragment, or into it, whether it will actually be selected, or whether it will actually move.

Hi  thomasmatzner,
I see other issues from you are all against 6.1.
Is last comment about 6.1 or 6.5?
