Let's have this back to P3, as user can do that quite easily.
I'm not sure if this is reasonable - GROOVY_HOME can contain quite different version of groovy. While the same problem can be with explicitly configured groovydoc in such case user at least knows what he configures. "Automagic" can be quite confusing.
