Observed with the PM 9/29 build (20080929-1835) and 9/30 build (20080930-1526) on Windows Vista.  When I attempted to
deploy an XSLT module/project, the deployment failed.  In the server.log, a DeploymentException appeared (see attached).
 The same module/project deploys successfully with the AM 9/29 build (20080929-1002).

It is not design side issue but runtime issue.
The correspondent runtime issue was fixed.

Checked with GFESB (20090105-0707) on Windows Vista.  I was able to successfully deploy and run a simple Request-Reply
XSLT scenario.  Marking this issue as verified.
