Here is a patch I would like applied which will replace firststart. It creates a
virgin build; sanity-checking is moved into a separate optional target that does
not affect the build. (I would recommend this continue to be run during
automated builds.) It seems to work fine, but of course release engineering may
need to prepare some associated changes to match it.

I agree with patch - there is no problem from RE point of view.

I applied the patch
