[custom build of trunk as of 2008-09-19]

The Index File field in Run Configuration panel is too narrow. The inner text is cut at the top and bottom. See the
attached screen shot. This is on Ubuntu Linux 8.04 with Gnome desktop and Compiz. It may not be an issue on other platforms.
