Steps to reproduce: 
Create a Bpel project the try to create a WSDL with Abstract type. Then click "Next".
The Abstract Configuration window will appear.
  - note that the Mnemonic conflicts is there in this window when press "Alt" key.. the 'A' is conflicting.
please find the attached file for more detail

Observation: few components in this window doesn't have the accessible name and description and components with mnemonic
conflicts And not reachable with tab traversal's.

Actual result: this window should have the Accessible name, description and components with mnemonics and LABEL_For
setting for each.

SOA is no longer available in the NetBeans IDE so we are not going to fix this problem. Closing accordingly.
