a) open 'Mount Filesystem' dialog - menu 'File > Mount Filesystem...'
b) select 'Another (other file system type)' radio button and 'CVS' item in
combo box

>> the properties displayed for this selection are 'Hidden', 'Read Only' and
'Wizard Data' in 'Properties' tab and 'Valid' in expert tab - but the properties
displayed for already mounted CVS filesystem are completely different
('Annotation Pattern' etc.)  - also the setting of 'Hidden' property doesn't
have any effect

In nb3.3 dev is now this wizard the same as the one from context menu
in the explorer. The wizard was reimplemented too. So this isn't an
issue any more.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> verified.
