Can you please describe what you were doing when you experienced this error?  Otherwise I'm really not sure how to
reproduce.

We were not able to get to these issues before code freeze - changing target
milestone to 'future'

I guess this issue were fixed some time ago with another similar issue. Actually it looks like a duplicate.
