There is a wrong mapping of Help in Property Editor : Hanlers for "xx_event" :
- open form
- select component
- in Component Inspector select tab Events
- select one event and invoke Property Editor "..."
- there push "Help"

- > help with title "Finding Information About the IDE" will be shown

Fixed in orion_ea branch.  Fix should appear in 3/27 builds.

Marian, we only do userguide commits one branch at a time. We will 
merge everything to the trunk when we hit our next major milestone.

Ooops, I meant fixed in orion_fcs branch.  This fix will be merged 
to the trunk (3.4 development build) when Patrick does a full 
docs merge to the trunk at the next milestone.
