There's no key equivalence for the toolbar button "Fit Width" so this function can not be performed without a mouse.

Fixed. Ctrl+Shift+W is the new shortcut for "Fit Width" toolbar button.

Ctrl+Shift+W is a global shortcut to call all documents. It should not be overridden.
