Choose application shell part of new project wizard is not high enough to display clearly all info. There is visible
only one item at one moment, and the description panel is missing scrollbar rider. see the screenshot

Linux specific, it's OK on win

Reproducible, I will change layout of this form.

In fact, the problem was't in the height of the list of shells but in its width. The small width caused the horizontal 
scrollbar to appear and hide the Database Application shell choice. I have fixed it.
