build 20080904

- select 2 elements on the diagram using mouse or shortcuts
- press Ctrl+P to bring up the context palette
- from the context palette, press Ctrl+Enter on an appropriate link type between the 2 elements
Result: the link is created
- while the link is still selected, press Shift+F10 for popup menu 
Result: no menu comes up

Workaround: reselect the link and invoke menu again
