Steps to reproduce: 
1) Create New EJB Module Project
2) In Source packages right click and select New>Other
3) In the New File wizard select Persistence as the Category and Database Schema as the File Types and click next
4) Then provide the name and location and click next
5) Select the Database Connection and click next the wizard get freeze for a while and doesn't navigate to the next page
