When Ant 1.4 is released we should begin using it to build the IDE. In the
meantime, someone should check how well the current scripts work with 1.4 and
prepare for the change.

Ant 1.4 still is not final and on nbdev was approved just Ant 1.4 integration to NetBeans'es ant module.
Resolving to remind and will be implemented to next release. Probably during 2nd half of September or 
early CY01Q4.
