NB6.1: Abbreviations works correctly in shell files
NB6.5: Abbreviations doesn't work

Scenario:
- Create bash shell script (Shell Scripts Files|Bash Shell Script (.bash))
- Type 'ec' and press TAB
==> 'ec' should be changed on 'echo'. But in NB6.5 it doesn't work

There is no kit for shell files.

Bug is not reproduced now.

verified in 200810011401 build
