When I try to disabled all possible modules in the Setup Wizard then an attached
exception is thrown.

The previous describing behaviour is happened when user press button
Next. 

When user press a button Finish the second exception is thrown.

IMHO both exceptions are the same. And it's a duplicate.

The first one is duplicate. Marek will the second file as separate issue.
