Tested with GlassFishESB build from 8/13.  Working Projects from GlassFishESB M1 build were copied to the
NetBeansProjects directory and opened.  When I tried to build the Projects, errors similar to the following appeared. 
The same would appear for a newly created Project that was manually edited to match.

Confirmed that the error reported in 144389 is the same as the one reported in this one.  Marking this issue as
Verified, as instructed.
