I like to arrange the browser vertically along the left side of my screen so I 
can see a longer stretch of code. I can right click on the borders between 
panels and switch them both from horizontal to vertical, but the next time I 
restart the application they are laid out horizontally again.

I am closing all reports in category Java/Unsupported as wontfix. These should be dead issues --- if the reported cases are against some live part of the NetBeans IDE please reopen and we can discuss to which category they belong.
