In NetBeans 6.5 Beta, the output window is too small, and does not scroll horizontally. Very long messages in the output window cannot be seen. Furthermore, the Output Window cannot span all window-wide (horizontally).
Hi vieiro, thank you for your report. Could you please provide additional information? Does the horizontal scrollbar appear, when messages are too long? Did you try Wrap text action? (Ctrl + R when output is in focus) Did you try to drag output window by it's header and drop it just above the status bar? There is new default window layout in NetBeans 6.5 - output window is now smaller and navigator window is placed on it's left side. You can easily reconfigure layout to our needs by windows drag and dropping. reassigning to core/output for evaluation
D'oh! It's working now! This is a bit embarrasing for me, as this is working as expected today. Yesterday I wasn't able to make the Output Window span all along the window (horizontally), but it's working nicely today. I'm closing the issue, I'll reopen if I see it happening again. Thanks, Antonio
It is duplicate of #142282. There was a race condition, workaround is to switch to wrapped mode and back.

I can confirm it as the very first thing I did today was to press Ctrl+R (which I wasn't aware of, by the way). Cheers, Antonio
