In very rare cases, methods are inserted before constructors. This bug is not 
deterministically reproducible.

There is probably some timing issue behind. I've just run across with 
similar problem with fields: Some javadoc comment was not deleted 
properly.

It seems to work -- I cannot reproduce the behaviour, sorry. Can you
make up some testcase ?
