the RepositoryUpdater should be able to handle package-info.java somehow. But, this change is neither nice, nor
efficient (package-info.java will force generation of .class files for all types that were parsed so far, and these will
be regenerated eventually). Hopefully, there is a nicer and more efficient way to handle package-info.java.
